March 31, 2010…San Diego Calif. Avalar San Diego Real Estate & Loans in collaboration with National Home Savers Pro presented a National Webinar and Questions and Answers on Loan Modifications & Loan Assistance Possibilities. Brokers and Licensees from all over the US participated and learned how the Loan Modification process works (No up-front fees), the Fee structure and the kind of results that National Home Savers Pro has been able to negotiate with the banks for individuals who qualify. NHSP has been active in loan modifications since 2007 and they negotiate modifications for Residential Loans & Commercial Loans regardless if the borrower is current or not. NHSP also discussed their incentive program for individuals.
